According to the USDA, adult women are recommended to have twice as much iron as men and pregnant women need over three times as much. Just set your profile and the app will take all of these factors into account. You can also customize your own nutrient targets within settings.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Wholesome is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to Wholesome Pro, we offer two auto-renewing subscription options:
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
To manage your Wholesome subscription:
1) Open the App Store app on your device and scroll to the bottom
2) Go to Apple ID > View Apple ID > Manage App Subscriptions > Wholesome
