Sweet corn vegetable soup is a very simple vegetarian dish made of sweet corns and few exotic vegetables, mildly spiiced to suit the occasion



1 pinch aji no moto
1/2 cup chopped vegetables
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 cup cream style sweetcorn
1 tsp oil sesame
1 pinch pepper pdr
1 tbsp rice wine or vinegar
to taste salt
1 tsp soya sauce
4 cup vegetable stock


• In a bowl take vegetable stock,add vegetables,sweet corn paste mix it up, add vinger.

• Now boil this and add salt, add cornflour powder mixed in littler water,and pour into this let it boil till it is thick.

• in soup bowl add spring onions and serve this soup hot.
