INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 pieces
4 firm white bread
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 finely chopped green chilly
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (green coriander)
3/4 cup water
Oil to fry
