Ingredients

1 cup basmati rice
1 tbsp butter or oil
1/4 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp fried onion
2 number gr chilli
1 tsp jeera (cumin)
1/4 bunch mint (optional)
1 pinch saffron color
1 to taste salt
2 cup water

Directions

heat oil in a pan
add cumin ,gr chilli , mint and coriander fry add water twice the amount of measured rice

bring the water to boil add salt

add pre soaked rice bring it to boil till 90% of water is absorbed add fried onion and saffron color

and reduce the flame to minimal and cook covered for 5 more min and you will have awesome jeera ric
