Here’s a simple and delicious fried rice recipe for two people. We’ve gotten a lot of feedback on portioning out our recipes for only two.
This fried rice is amazing because is so simple and you probably have the ingredients in your home already. Cooked rice, bacon, onions, garlic and butter. Soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. That’s it.

2 cups cooked rice
2 strips of sliced bacon
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pad of butter
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
