Ingredients used in cooking the Ofada Stew
•40 pcs unripe habanero peppers (scotch bonnet peppers)
• 2 green tatashe peppers or green bell peppers
• 1 locust bean seasoning (Iru, ogiri okpei or dawadawa)
• 20cl red palm oil (at least)
• 1 big onion
• 1 handful crayfish
• 850g assorted meat and fish. I used:
o Beef
o Shaki (cow tripe)
o Dry fish
o Stock fish

The make of my crayfish grinder is Braun. I think it has been discontinued. You can buy Krups which is a great alternative:

Bleaching the palm oil: It took 12 minutes to completely bleach the oil in the video. I let it cool down for 3 minutes before adding the pepper.
